Pool & Recreation Area
Summer Pool Hours: 10AM – 6PM. Please visit the pool to see posted hours throughout the year as these hours can change.
Phase I and Phase II have a shared agreement for use of the pool and recreation area. Since Phase II owns the pool and recreation area, the rules and regulations are enforced by Phase II and or their agents.
Pool Cards may be obtained from the South Fork Phase II Pool Attendants Mon-Friday, between 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Two forms of ID will be required (a copy of a Driver’s License, Military ID, or Passport). If you are a tenant, a copy of your lease must be provided. (bring a copy). HOA dues must be current in order to purchase a pool card.
