South Fork has initiated a Neighborhood Watch Program. This program is a network of interested friends and neighbors looking out for each other. The Neighborhood Watch is registered with Hillsborough County Sheriff and sanctioned by Phase III HOA. The Neighborhood Watch is a separate and autonomous entity from HOA I and II.
The Board of Directors has also contracted with Phase II for security patrol services with the Florida Highway Patrol. FHP is assisting both communities with speeders, loitering, and patrols of each neighborhood to monitor any illegal activity. Hours of patrol are changed daily.
